Refund policy

1. Return Window

Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from andersT GmbH can be returned within 30 calendar days. The return period runs from the shipping or pickup date. For returns, the postmark date or the date of in-person return is decisive.

2. No Right of Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Damaged items (except for transport damage)
• If the original packaging is no longer available

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage generally is the responsibility of the sender. In the following cases, andersT GmbH will cover the return shipping costs:  

• If you receive an item other than what you ordered
• If the online shop listing contained incorrect information
• If you receive an item you did not order
• If you receive an incomplete product

4. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the European Union

Consumers who are habitually resident in a member state of the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal directly through our withdrawal form: Right of Withdrawal. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal promptly by email. Alternatively, you can notify us of your withdrawal by email to info@anderst.com.

If you effectively withdraw, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless one of the cases under item 3 applies.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery, or to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
