Refund policy

 1.Return period

Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from andersT GmbH can be returned within 30 calendar days. The return periods apply from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or the personal return is decisive for the return.

2. No refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

• For damaged items (with the exception of transport damage)
• If the original packaging is not available

3. Return costs

The postage costs for returning items are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return costs will be borne by andersT GmbH:  

• When you receive an item other than the one ordered
• In the event of incorrect information in the online shop
• When receiving an item that has not been ordered
• Upon receipt of an incomplete product
