Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the EU

If you have your habitual residence in a member state of the European Union, you may withdraw your contract declaration within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

• Name and address
• Email address used for the order
• Affected items
• Date of order and receipt of goods

After submitting, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

Alternatively, you may also declare your withdrawal by email to info@anderst.com or in writing to the address stated in the Legal Notice.
