Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the EU.

How long does delivery take?
Orders from Switzerland placed before 6 PM usually arrive the next day. Within the EU, delivery takes 3–4 days.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay in cash on pickup, or with MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance, TWINT, or by advance payment.

What happens if I cancel an order?
For credit card, PayPal, or PostFinance payments, we refund the amount to the original account if an order is cancelled.

Returns & Withdrawal

How do I return an order?
Use our Return Form. Enter your order details there, and we'll take care of the rest.

Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Customers in the EU can withdraw from their contract within 14 days without giving a reason. In Switzerland, our voluntary 30-day return policy also applies. Learn more on our Right of Withdrawal page.
