Can I exchange envelopes from the shop?

If you are not satisfied with your cover, please contact our customer service at and tell us your order number. If there is a defect in the product, we need an image showing the defect and a detailed description of the defect. You can return the case to us within 14 days. Details can be found in our terms and conditions. Please note that we can only reimburse the postage costs in case of a complaint. As soon as we receive the cover, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Personalized products are excluded from exchange.

How do I return items?

Have you received my return shipment?
