Precept: The protection of personal data is particularly important for andersT GmbH (hereinafter referred to as andersT). Data collection, processing and use are carried out on the basis of a user's consent or a legal permit or obligation. If anonymous or pseudonymised data is sufficient for the business purpose, only these forms of data are used. Insofar as data is stored otherwise, the company has taken technical and operational security precautions to protect personal data, e. g. against unauthorized access and misuse. andersT uses a secure transmission method called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to process user data.

Orders and memberships at andersT: andersT collects, stores, modifies, uses and transmits personal data for its own purposes in order to establish and process a contract or similar relationship with the user, including individual and personal customer service and support, as well as to protect the legitimate business interests of andersT. As far as it is necessary, andersT also transmits personal data to third parties, e. g. suppliers. The data transmitted in this way may only be used by the recipient for the fulfilment of his task. The use of personal data for other purposes is made dependent on the consent of the user. If the user agrees to receive newsletters, he/she receives the newsletter through andersT.

Use of the online services of andersT: andersT collects and uses a user's personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content design or modification of a contractual relationship with the user regarding the use of telemedia, on the basis of a legal obligation or permission and based on a user's consent. andersT collects and uses a user's personal data to the extent necessary to enable or account for the use of the online offer of andersT, as well as in other legally permissible cases and on the basis of a user's consent. andersT collects and uses data in log files transmitted to us by the user's Internet browser. These are: Browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), hostname of the accessing computer (IP address), time of the server inquiry. These data are not assignable and necessary for other purposes to certain persons, in order to present the content of the andersT-Web offer to the user and to guarantee secure communication. A combination of these data with other data sources is not carried out, the data are deleted after a statistical evaluation.

Use of cookies: In connection with the provision of online offers, so-called "cookies" are used by andersT. "Cookies" are text files that are stored on the visitor's computer when they visit a website. "Cookies" are used once or for a longer period of time to provide the visitor with permanent, recurring settings on the andersT pages or to enable certain functions of the andersT online offer. Disabling cookies: Website visitors can set their web browser in such a way that the storage of "cookies" is suppressed. In individual cases, however, this can lead to the fact that personal online offers/services or certain functions of the website can no longer be used.

Use of data when registering for the e-mail newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required for this purpose or provided by you separately in order to send you our e-mail newsletter on a regular basis. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or by using a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter.

Passing on the customer's data to fulfilment of the contract: We use the data you provide to fulfill and process your order. In order to fulfil the contract, we will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
