When will my order be delivered?

After receipt, your order will be shipped directly to you. This takes 1-2 days in Switzerland. Your parcel will be sent by post and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your case is on its way to you.

Is it possible to change my order?

To change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number at info@anderst.com. As we try to finish your order as soon as possible and ship it to you, we cannot guarantee any changes. Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.

What should I do if my order arrives with damage?

If damage to the package has led to a defect in your product, this must be complained to the deliverer. Please have the supplier send you a written confirmation that the package has arrived damaged. If it is already too late, please take photos of the damaged package and the damage to the product and send it with your request to info@anderst.com. The customer service will then inform you about the next steps.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number at info@anderst.com. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, your order can be cancelled.

Where can I check the current status of my order?

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a link where you can check the status of your order.

Will I receive an invoice for my delivery?

As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an email with a list of your order to your email address. If you need a formal invoice, please send an email to info@anderst.com.

Can I return my order if I don't like it?

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service at info@anderst.com. We will certainly find a solution that makes both sides happy.

I have not received an order confirmation by e-mail. What do you want me to do?

If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact customer service at info@anderst.com and ask if your order has been received in the system.

Can I reuse my motif from a previous order?

If you have created a cover that you would like to reuse in a future order, you can save it in your customer account. If you didn't create an account with us, we have no access to older designs. (currently not possible)

Do the colours on the product look exactly as I see them on the monitor?

We demand that our finished articles look exactly as we present them in the shop. However, due to the color calibration of your monitor, there may be slight deviations. Beside the pictures you will also find product descriptions. If you have any further questions, just send us an email! If you are not satisfied with the color quality, please contact customer service at info@anderst.com.

How do I know my order has been sent successfully?

As soon as you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an e-mail with all important order information.

Do I get an invoice with my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with a list of the products you have ordered. If you need an invoice, please contact our customer service at info@anderst.com.

Can gift vouchers expire with you?

No, gift vouchers do not lose their validity.
