After receipt, your order will be shipped directly to you. This takes 1-2 days in Switzerland. Your parcel will be sent by post and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your case is on its way to you.
To change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number at email@example.com. As we try to finish your order as soon as possible and ship it to you, we cannot guarantee any changes. Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.
If damage to the package has led to a defect in your product, this must be complained to the deliverer. Please have the supplier send you a written confirmation that the package has arrived damaged. If it is already too late, please take photos of the damaged package and the damage to the product and send it with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer service will then inform you about the next steps.

If you have created a cover that you would like to reuse in a future order, you can save it in your customer account. If you didn't create an account with us, we have no access to older designs. (currently not possible)
We demand that our finished articles look exactly as we present them in the shop. However, due to the color calibration of your monitor, there may be slight deviations. Beside the pictures you will also find product descriptions. If you have any further questions, just send us an email! If you are not satisfied with the color quality, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
